Exante360, Inc., is seeking a BIM Technician II to join our evolving and dynamic Technology Design Integration Team.

In this role, you will use your expertise with Revit to provide support to project teams and Exante360’s Center of Excellence (ECOE), with a consistent focus on our values of superior customer service, responsibility, versatility, and excellence. You’ll collaborate internally with senior consultants, designers, BIM Staff, and others to assist our clients with decision making related to a variety of low voltage systems design projects. Your role will require the ability to transfer design concepts and sketches into accurate Revit models.

You will excel in this position if you’ve had at least 4-7 years of experience with modeling in Revit with a focus on ICT (low voltage) projects. You have functioned in a similar role with an MEP-T consulting company, architectural firm, or with a systems integrator / installation contractor. You have a collaborative attitude, are intrinsically motivated, and ready to learn. You bring the ability to interact with team members at varying levels and interpret their individual unique needs.

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience with drafting/designing security system (video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection)infrastructure in mission critical environments such as data centers is highly desired.
• Revit required; AutoCAD, and Navisworks a plus.
• 3D coordination experience required.
• Proven background in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Electrical design
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) Certification highly
• Meticulous quality control/review skills
• Experienced coordination with MEP trades
• Demonstrable knowledge of the architectural process and the ability to build clear and concise construction documents.
• AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering ,IT or related field
