BMS ENGINEER – LIVE DATA CENTRE (CONTRACT)\n\nSector: Data Centres / Mission-Critical\nEnvironment: Live operational site\nDuration: Ongoing works (contract)\n\nWe are supporting a live modular data centre programme and are looking to engage an experienced BMS Engineer to support commissioning and site delivery activities as part of an established on-site technical team.\n\nThis is a hands-on, site-based role within a live mission-critical environment, working with Niagara 4 systems and Phoenix Contact controllers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supporting BMS commissioning activities on a live data centre site\n\n * \n\n Working within a Niagara 4 environment\n\n * \n\n Supporting systems utilising Phoenix Contact controllers\n\n * \n\n Point-to-point testing, witnessing and structured fault-finding\n\n * \n\n Supporting IST, SAT and site handover activities\n\n * \n\n Working alongside commissioning managers, OEMs and client technical teams\n\n * \n\n Completing commissioning records and test documentation\n\nEssential Experience\n\n * \n\n Proven BMS experience within data centre or mission-critical environments\n\n * \n\n Hands-on experience using Niagara 4\n\n * \n\n Exposure to Phoenix Contact controllers\n\n * \n\n Trend / Tridium experience beneficial\n\n * \n\n Comfortable operating on live sites with formal change control\n\nAdditional Information\n\n * \n\n Site-based delivery role\n\n * \n\n Immediate or near-term availability \n\n * \n\n Rates aligned to current BMS / commissioning market levels
