BMS Manager \n\nAre you ready to take ownership of the BMS delivery on some of the UK's most advanced data centre projects?\nClear. are looking for an experienced BMS Manager to lead the design, coordination and commissioning of complex Building Management Systems across large-scale, mission-critical environments.\n\nThis is a role where technical depth meets leadership, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and understands the critical importance of uptime, resilience, and integration excellence.\n\nLondon - Data Centre Project\n\nSalary up to £100,000 \nPackage \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTake full responsibility for all BMS project activities from design to handover.\nCoordinate seamlessly with MEP, electrical, ICT, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth integration across disciplines.\nReview and validate design drawings, control philosophies, and system architecture.\nLead Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and Integrated System Testing (IST).\nManage BMS subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to spec.\nServe as the key technical contact for clients, consultants, and vendors on all BMS-related matters. \n\nDesired Experience: \n\nStrong technical background in Building Management Systems within data centre or other mission-critical projects.\nProven experience leading design, integration, and commissioning phases.\nDeep understanding of control systems, networking, and third-party integrations (UPS, CRAC, chillers, etc.).\nA proactive mindset for problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.INDUK
