Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, my client is seeking an experienced BMS Project Engineer to join their team in the London area.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects while developing your career within a forward-thinking and supportive organisation.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a BMS Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and coordinate BMS projects throughout the full project lifecycle.\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.\nOversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control.\nCoordinate and support installation, software engineering, commissioning, and handover activities.\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with technical specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.\nManage subcontractors and site teams to achieve project milestones.\nAttend client meetings, site surveys, and progress reviews.\nProduce and review technical documentation, including commissioning records and project reports.\nSupport the commercial team with project variations and technical submissions.\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nEssential\n\nProven experience delivering Building Management System (BMS) projects.\nStrong technical understanding of BMS design, software engineering, installation, and commissioning.\nHands-on experience with Trend and Tridium Niagara systems.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of HVAC controls and building services systems.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and site-based teams.\nAbility to read and interpret control schematics, panel drawings, and technical specifications.\nFull UK driving licence.\nDesirable\n\nExperience working within commercial offices, healthcare, data centres, education, or critical environments.\nKnowledge of energy management and smart building technologies.\nRelevant engineering qualifications in Electrical, Controls, Building Services, or a related discipline.\nCSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent site qualifications.\nWhat's on Offer?\n\nCompetitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.\nCar allowance and business expenses.\nPrivate medical insurance.\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\nOngoing training and professional development.\nOpportunity to work on prestigious, technically challenging projects.\nClear career progression within a growing organisation.\nApply Now\n\nIf you are a skilled BMS Project Engineer with Trend and Tridium experience and are looking for your next challenge, I would be keen to hear from you.\n\nPlease send your CV or contact Damien directly for a confidential discussion about the role and your career aspirations at (phone number removed)\n\nSER-IN
