BMS Project Manager - Midlands \n\nAn established and growing building automation specialist is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BMS and controls projects across the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional to manage projects from initial design through to commissioning and client handover.\n\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating engineering teams, managing client relationships, controlling project budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.\n\nMidlands Region \n\n£65,000 - £75,000 \nBonus up to 20% \nCompany Car/Car Allowance \nRemote Working \nHealthcare \nPension \n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage multiple BMS projects simultaneously from inception through to completion\nCoordinate project planning, resource allocation, and programme management\nLiaise directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams\nOversee procurement of materials and subcontract services\nMonitor project costs, variations, and financial performance\nEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures\nSupport commissioning activities and final client handovers\nAttend project meetings and provide regular progress updates\nReview technical specifications, drawings, and control strategies\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges\nMaintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business opportunities \n\nDesired Experience\n\nProven experience managing BMS / Building Automation projects\nStrong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS systems\nPrevious experience delivering projects within commercial buildings, healthcare, data centres, industrial, or critical environments\nAbility to manage project budgets and timelines effectively\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong understanding of health & safety regulations\nFull UK driving licence \n\nINDUK
