Building Services Engineer – Canary Wharf – 46k\n\nOverview\nAn excellent opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join a busy data centre environment in Canary Wharf. This role is suited to candidates with either mechanical or electrical backgrounds who are looking to develop their experience within a critical setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site\n\n * Support the day-to-day operation of building services systems\n\n * Work on mechanical and/or electrical systems, including cooling infrastructure\n\n * Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards\n\n * Assist with continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives\n\nRequirements\n\n * Mechanical or Electrical engineering background\n\n * Experience with cooling systems (including cooling towers )\n\n * Previous experience in a critical environment is advantageous\n\n * Data centre experience beneficial but not essential\n\n * Strong understanding of building services maintenance\n\nWhy Apply\n\n * Stable Monday to Friday working pattern\n\n * Opportunity to gain experience in a data centre environment\n\n * Strong potential for future roles and career development\n\n * Work within a fast-paced and technically engaging site
