A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager (MEP) to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems across major construction projects.\nThe business is a well-established, family-owned construction group delivering large-scale projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe. They operate across commercial, residential, healthcare, infrastructure and data centre sectors, with a strong focus on quality, safety and long-term building performance.\nThis Building Services Manager (MEP) role will take responsibility for the full coordination and delivery of building services from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.\nKey Responsibilities\n * Lead the delivery of MEP systems across large-scale construction projects\n * Manage building services delivery from pre-construction through to handover\n * Coordinate MEP systems with design, structural and architectural teams\n * Oversee procurement, installation, commissioning and handover of MEP packages\n * Manage programme, risk and commercial performance across building services works\n * Lead testing, commissioning and handover processes\n * Liaise with utilities, consultants and key stakeholders on MEP coordination\n * Support and develop junior members of the building services team\n * Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and sustainability standards\nRequirements\n * Proven experience as a Building Services Manager, MEP Manager or M&E Manager\n * Strong experience delivering MEP systems on large construction projects\n * Full lifecycle experience from design through to commissioning and handover\n * Main contractor or major MEP subcontractor background\n * Strong leadership of MEP teams and subcontractors\n * Commercial awareness of building services delivery\n * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering\n * IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification\nDesirable\n * Data centre, healthcare, commercial or residential project experience\n * Membership of CIBSE, CIOB or Engineers Ireland\n * BIM or digital construction experience\n * Chartered or working towards chartership\nBenefits\n * £90,000 – £1000,000 salary\n * Travel allowance\n * Full benefits package\n * Long-term career development within a leading contractor\n * Exposure to major UK and European projects
