About the Role

The Business Assurance & Compliance Manager will provide strategic oversight and operational excellence across all global manufacturing sites, ensuring the organization maintains the highest standards of quality, health and safety, environmental management, and compliance. This role will be accountable for maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37301, and any other relevant ISO certifications across all sites globally. The role holder will design and deliver comprehensive assurance programs, drive continuous improvement through systematic root cause analysis, establish robust product compliance frameworks, and develop organization-wide competency standards. Working collaboratively with site leadership teams, this position will foster a culture of proactive risk management, zero harm, and sustainable performance improvement whilst ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements across multiple international jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

  • Integrated Management System (IMS) Rollout
  • Lead IMS implementation across US sites, ensuring consistent adoption of policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Conduct site assessments, develop implementation plans with milestones, and support site teams during transition.
  • Monitor progress through site visits and provide quarterly reporting on IMS maturity and implementation status.
  • Corrective Actions & Root Cause Analysis Governance
  • Oversee corrective actions across US sites, ensuring root cause analysis for incidents, non-conformances, and audit findings.
  • Verify corrective actions address root causes and track effectiveness through measurable improvements.
  • Provide monthly reporting on corrective action status, closure rates, and trends.
  • Regional Compliance Governance
  • Ensure US sites maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37301 and applicable US legislative requirements.
  • Conduct compliance verification, identify gaps, and ensure remediation after external audits.
  • Maintain regional Legal Register and ensure sites stay current with regulatory changes.
  • Quality & Compliance Pyramid Action Plan Support
  • Drive regional execution of the Quality & Compliance Pyramid Action Plan, translating objectives into site-level actions.
  • Track progress, identify barriers, and escalate systemic issues requiring divisional support.
  • Provide monthly reporting on deliverables, completion rates, and performance impact.
  • Internal Audit Program Governance & Assurance
  • Execute annual internal audits across US sites, ensuring coverage of management system requirements and high-risk areas.
  • Conduct audits using structured methods, document findings, and verify corrective action implementation.
  • Provide quarterly reports on findings trends, repeat issues, and corrective action effectiveness.

  • Product Compliance Overview
  • Maintain oversight of product compliance across US sites, ensuring products meet applicable standards.
  • Verify Product Compliance Registers for completeness and awareness of compliance changes.
  • Report quarterly on verification rates, gaps, and compliance risks requiring escalation.

Additional Expectation

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified lead auditor with demonstrated expertise in ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, 37301 standards.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated management systems across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
  • Extensive experience conducting comprehensive audits and assurance programs in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in quality & compliance with knowledge of international legislative requirements.
  • Knowledge of US federal and state health and safety, environmental, and quality regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting quality and compliance improvement programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety, quality management, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of product compliance requirements and legal register management across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel regularly to global manufacturing sites.
