Role Description

The Business Development Specialist role at Data Center Youngbloods is a fully remote position. In this role, the specialist will identify and qualify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities, conduct market and industry research, and support lead campaigns. Daily responsibilities include managing outreach to prospective partners, maintaining relationship pipelines, and coordinating follow-ups to convert interest into active engagement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, support events and community initiatives, and gather feedback from partners and members to refine offerings. The position also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to grow the community and expand its impact in the digital infrastructure space. The role also includes planning and assisting with event setup and coordinating group travel logistics for community events and industry gatherings.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
- Lead experience, including prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential partners or sponsors through structured pipelines.
- Organizational skills to plan and support event setup and coordinate group travel arrangements.
- Customer Service skills to provide positive, responsive support to community members, partners, and sponsors.
- Understanding or strong interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, or related technology sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time independently and collaborating virtually with the team.
