We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in IT infrastructure and third-party supplier engagement. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure projects and services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT infrastructure environments (e.g. data centers, cloud, networks, servers)
• Strong understanding of third-party supplier engagement
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other relevant frameworks
