Job Position: Cable/Fiber Puller
Location: Fayetteville, GA 30214
Pay Rate: $25.00/HR
Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm start time)
Description:
• Pull, route, and stage copper and fiber optic cables through trays, racks, and conduit.
• Assist with termination, labeling, testing, and organization of low-voltage cabling systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and accurately.
• Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and project diagrams.
• Maintain clean cable paths and adhere to quality standards for mission-critical environments.
• Support senior technicians and project leads with cable management, staging, and material prep.
• Comply with all data center safety requirements, PPE standards, and site protocols.
Requirements
• 1+ year of construction, cable pulling, low-voltage, or related experience .
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and elevated cable paths.
• Basic familiarity with hand/power tools (drills, fish tape, cable cutters, etc.).
• Ability to read or learn simple prints, labels, and routing diagrams.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
• Must pass background check and site-specific security protocols.
• OSHA 10 but not required.
Tools Needed
- Basic hand tools if they have them (Cable Snips, Screw drivers, Cable Cutters).
