We’re hiring Data Center Cable Technicians to support structured cabling and infrastructure builds on a large-scale commercial project. This is a hands-on opportunity for techs with experience in coaxial and fiber cabling, rack and stack, and OSP/ISP operations. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in data center environments, this role offers strong financial upside and long-term potential.

What You’ll Do

• Drop cable down walls using fish tape or other methods
• Route cable through the data center and perform pre-termination procedures (organize, dress, label, and determine slack)
• Suspend and support cable using trays, J-hooks, D-rings, bridal rings, and trapeze
• Install grounding for racks, equipment, and cable
• Perform fire-stopping procedures on fire walls, install sleeves, and pull cable through core penetrations
• Terminate low-voltage devices and follow prints accurately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, etc.)
• Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including heights

What You Bring

• 2+ years of commercial cabling experience
• Experience pulling and terminating fiber
• Familiarity with OSP and/or ISP operations
• Strong understanding of structured cabling and rack installation
• Ability to read and follow technical prints and codes
• Steel toe boots and willingness to wear PPE (safety vest, gloves, glasses)
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large-scale data center builds
• Familiarity with universal communications codes
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6 AM – 4 PM
• Overtime available based on workload

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
