As a Manager in Global Shared Services (GSS) Operations, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Campaign Project Managers (CPM) and Campaign Sourcing Specialists while driving operational excellence in our campaign delivery system. Your mission will be to build, mentor, and scale a team DCM’s while ensuring the successful execution of Prime Video Marketing Campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups.

• People Management:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Sourcing Specialists and Project Managers.
o Establish team objectives aligned with broader organizational goals.

o Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

o Drive end-to-end hiring process for their team.
• Operational Leadership:

o Represent the CSPM team in cross-functional leadership meetings.
o Own end-to-end operational metrics and KPIs for their team.
o Monitor and optimize team capacity and workload distribution, in collaboration with Planning team.
o Track and analyze key performance metrics and business indicators.
o Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
o Manage escalations and resolve complex operational challenges.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and business impacts.
o Identify and track team metrics that drive business success.
o Lead business reviews and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
o Collaborate on COE documentation based on problem identification, root cause analysis, and solutions.
o Generate and analyze performance reports to drive data-informed decisions.
o Drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
• Process Improvement:
o Drive innovation and automation initiatives within the team.
o Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and managers across GSS.

About the team
As the sole CSPM Team Manager in India, you will manage a team of 15+ CPMs across both the BLR and MAA sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the India timezone, maintaining close alignment with the CSPM management team in SJO. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and effective information flow to all team members, keeping your team current on priorities, processes, and updates, and exercising sound judgment on when to escalate issues to senior leadership.
