leader to critical categories for Amazon Brazil.
This person should be both a builder and an operator, who is uniquely positioned to drive
Amazon inputs to better serve customers as it has exposure to a wide set of complex topics in
business, technology and operations. We are looking for a leader with super-powers in Thinking
Big, Hiring and Developing the Best, and Delivering Results. S/he should be a self-starter that
thrives in ambiguity, with willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a big thinking, operationally strong and financially savvy leader who also
contributes to the strategic leadership of the entire Brazil business with high judgement and non-
playbook thinking.
Key job responsibilities
1. Set long-term vision across multiple product families understanding Customer Impact, Process and Tecnhology Needs.
2. Manage P&L across Retail Channels, leading and balancing needs for growth and profitability to build customer engagement, innovation while keeping track of a sustainable business long term.
3.High performance organization. Hire and develop a multi-layered team across several
functions (i.e. Vendor Management, In-stock, Marketing, Product Management).
4. Cross company impact. This is one of the most senior roles in Amazon Brazil and the sucessfull candidate will be part of a reduced leadership team that will define long term strategy and decide on short term tactical initiatives and issues.
