The Cross Border into Latam team is responsible for international Sellers' success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of international sellers to join Latam.

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Leads & Selection Prioritization Manager to own the end-to-end seller lead , prioritization, and enrichment process for launching FBA sellers from Out-of-Country (OOC) origins into the Mexico marketplace. In this role, you will define which sellers to target, what selection to prioritize, and how to close parity gaps that unlock growth for international FBA in Mexico.

Key job responsibilities
Seller Lead & Prioritization: Own the pipeline of prospective OOC sellers for FBA MX, defining targeting criteria, scoring models, and prioritization frameworks to maximize launch quality and GMS impact.
Lead Enrichment Process: Design and execute the enrichment workflow that provides Sales teams with actionable, data-rich seller profiles (catalog size, category fit, pricing competitiveness, logistics readiness).
Selection Parity Analysis: Identify selection gaps between Mexico and source marketplaces (US, CN); quantify the GMS opportunity of closing parity gaps at GL/category level.
Selection Prioritization: Develop frameworks to prioritize which ASINs/categories to target for OOC FBA MX launches based on demand signals, competitive landscape, and operational feasibility.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze key business metrics (lead conversion, selection coverage, parity %, launched seller performance) and develop recommendations for improvements.
Tool & Process Automation: Work with internal teams to drive system and process improvements — automating manual lead scoring, enrichment, and selection recommendation tasks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Tech, and Program teams to enhance selection recommendation tools and ensure lead quality translates to launched seller performance.
Project Execution & Communication: Monitor and execute projects on time with high quality standards; effectively communicate progress and insights within the organization.
