As an Electrical Foreman at RC Power, Inc. you will play a crucial role in leading and managing on-site electrical installations. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Project Management:
2. • Lead and oversee on-site installations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards.
   • Collaborate with clients to manage project schedules, site cleanliness, and safety for employees and other trades on-site.
   • Take responsibility for material ordering, inventory management, and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process.
   • Supervise and manage project subcontractors and rental equipment.
3. Communication and Documentation:
4. • Effectively communicate Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, and project updates to the Project Manager and relevant team members.
   • Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built drawings throughout the project.
5. Compliance and Safety:
6. • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
   • Monitor employee punctuality and adherence to breaks and lunch times, following company policies and legal requirements.
   • Manage crew timecards and track employee hours.
7. Quality Control and Productivity:
8. • Lead the team to maintain productivity, uphold quality control standards, and address any issues to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
• Active California Electrician State Certification.
• Clean DMV record.
• experience in Data Center/Critical Environment projects.
