\n #### What is the role about? \n This is not a traditional corporate COO position. \n We are looking for a builder. \n Someone who enjoys designing operational systems, improving processes, removing friction, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

\n You will lead the operational backbone of Cuculus and ensure that we can deliver complex enterprise software solutions while continuously improving how the company operates.
