1. Martech Systems
Ad tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4)

Lead management systems for tracking incoming inquiries and ROI

Website CMS and SEO platforms (e.g., WordPress, SEMrush)

 2. Data & Analytics Management

They manage how marketing data is collected, stored, and analyzed:

Build dashboards to track lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Manage data hygiene — ensuring clean, consistent, and accurate customer databases.

Oversee data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, 10DLC, TCCPAA).

Translate complex data into clear reports for executives and sales teams.

 3. Digital Infrastructure & Security

Ensure marketing systems are secure (especially forms and data collection tools).

Manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and digital backups.

Coordinate with the web department to support website uptime, performance, and cybersecurity.

 4. Digital Strategy & Automation

They lead the implementation of AI, automation, and advanced targeting strategies:

Set up automated lead nurturing campaigns via email or SMS.

Use AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and dynamic content personalization.

Test and optimize digital ads, landing pages, and user funnels.

 5. Coordination Across Departments

They act as a translator between:

Marketing (creative campaigns, branding)

Sales (lead handoffs, CRM usage)

IT (system support, integrations)

This ensures that the technology supports both lead and conversion tracking end-to-end.

 6. Reporting and Accountability

An IT Marketing Director is responsible for:

Showing quantifiable ROI on all marketing spend.

Tracking lead source → sale → revenue path using integrated systems.

Presenting performance metrics and recommendations to executives monthly or quarterly.

Searching for a Detail Oriented IT Director that has a great mindset with excellent communication skills that can handle all IT functions daily and create a Robust Marketing Funnel with Process and Systems

CRM Management with Daily Reports attached on daily leads, booking rate, set rate, close rate, net rate, install rate, service report, recruiting rate, training rate ultimately managing all aspects of all departments and budgets

All digital dashboards Management Meta, Google, Social and all AI technology platforms

All customer communications monitor chats, emails and text

All password management in compliance and up to date

Train Entire Team on all work flows and software daily and Train Systems and process on how to streamline communications

Cloud File storage updated on all Network storage

Company Website and all Forms and landing pages up to date and speed and checked regularly for dispatch

Email management for all key staff on Microsoft 365

Monitor Wi Fi Speed

Monitor Vibe Boards and how to increase training install new vibe board in admin office and showroom

Monitor 5/9 software to reach outbound calls higher level

Incorporate all digital videos renderings inside the showroom for before and after

Verify integrations with all vendors

Maintain all company devices — updates, antivirus scans, storage cleanup.

Proficient in Excel and Data worksheets

Review antivirus and firewall status no alerts or expired licenses

Build out a web base upload and Confirm payroll or vendor payments scheduled online for accounts payable

Verify all jobs in progress have updated photos, notes, or measurements uploaded.

Request reviews and Check online reviews and respond to any new customer feedback.

Review communication between sales, office, and installers for clarity.

Confirm photos and documents from field staff are uploaded and labeled.

Communication on all finance vendors are met with all stipulations achievement

Termination Lock all company devices computers, tablets, POS systems.

Verify and Check subscription renewals and domain hosting status.
