Job Title: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER - on-site

Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to provide strategic and technical direction in the planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information and technology systems based on the annual and longer-term organization priorities and plans.
What You Will Do:
· Provide strategic and technical direction in the planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information and technology systems based on the annual and longer-term organization priorities and plans.
· Oversee all aspects of Information Technology (IT) by owning the rapid development in technology processes and managing the technology team in its support of the company’s technology solutions for both external and internal users.
· Provide Financial Management to include operating and capital budgets for systems and staff, cost-benefit analysis, workforce planning, ROI, and contract negotiations.
· 24/7 on-call support as needed.
Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:
· 10 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer, Director, Program Director for Application Development, Chief Innovation Officer, Director in Information Technology, or similar duties under a different job title.
· 10 years of experience with the following:
- Leading and managing large-scale technology projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Senior IT management experience, overseeing IT infrastructure, software delivery and program management.
- Leading and managing large-scale technology projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
· 5 years of experience in the following:
- Managing IT service desk.
- Working with Cloud including AWS and Azure Cloud.
- Working with regulations related to data management and security.
- Managing Contact Center platforms (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, etc.).
- Managing Data Center Operations.
- Implementing and maintaining online and/or mobile platforms.
- Implementing and maintaining CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent.
- Deploying digital tools such as secure email, SMS and Chatbot.
- Migrating platforms from on-premises to Cloud.
· ScrumAlliance Certified ScrumMaster and ITIL V3 or higher Foundation Certifications.
· Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
· Work requires on-site presence in Chatsworth, CA office.

Pay Grade Info:
To provide greater transparency for candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $237,141-$375,000/year.
