Chiller Engineer - Birmingham\n\nLocation: Birmingham & Midlands\n Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Travel + Benefits\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a leading HVAC and refrigeration specialist operating across Birmingham and the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to work on a wide range of commercial and industrial cooling systems, including critical environments.\n\nYou will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a variety of chiller systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for key clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nService, maintenance, and repair of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers\nWorking on leading manufacturers such as Carrier, Trane, Daikin, York, and Mitsubishi\nFault finding and diagnostics on complex systems\nCarrying out PPM and reactive maintenance\nWorking on associated equipment including pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers\nCompleting detailed service reports\nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships\nEnsuring compliance with health & safety standards\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Chiller Engineer / HVAC Engineer\nStrong working knowledge of major chiller manufacturers\nF-Gas certification (essential)\nRelevant HVAC / Refrigeration qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)\nFull UK driving licence\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work both independently and within a team\n\nDesirable\n\nExperience on large commercial or critical sites (e.g. data centres, hospitals)\nManufacturer training (Carrier, Trane, Daikin etc.)\nBasic understanding of BMS systems\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\nCompetitive salary up to £52,000 (DOE)\nPaid travel time\nOvertime available\nCompany vehicle & fuel card\nPension scheme\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\nOngoing training and development\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nJoin a well-established and growing company with a strong presence across the Midlands.
