  • Generate and analyze logs; integrate with remote log management systems.

  • Support AWS-based network and server architecture, including hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments.

  • Optimize system performance, redundancy, and failover within virtualized infrastructures.

Server Room Operations

  • Oversee rack/stack, cabling, patch panels, power, cooling, and UPS monitoring.

  • Coordinate upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance.

  • Provide occasional on-site support during scheduled changes or maintenance windows.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration, Network, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS, Cisco networking, and VMware administration.

  • Strong understanding of data center design, migration, and operational best practices.

  • Familiarity with security principles, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.

  • Willingness to occasionally support off-hours maintenance or migration tasks.

Why Join:

  • Be the technical linchpin for a high-visibility data center migration project.

  • Work across multiple technology domains (Cisco, VMware, AWS) with long-term impact.

  • Join a collaborative environment that values autonomy, innovation, and excellence.
