Civil Design Engineer\n Salary £35,000 - £45,000\n Farringdon, London\n\nAre you an ambitious Civil Design Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity in central London? Are you looking to work alongside a fast-paced and supportive design team?\n\nI am recruiting for a Civil Design Engineer to join my client's team of 12 in Central London. They are a multidisciplinary consultancy with around 200 employees worldwide.
Youw iull be working on drainage and utiltiies design for mainly data centres projects. We are looking for an Engineer who has around 3 - 5 years of experience, either working towards Chartership or Chartered.\n\nTechnical skills:\n\nCivil design capability including levels, underground drainage, utilities, pavements and roads, flooding and earthworks.\nExperience engaging with and achieving approvals from Building Control, environment agencies, planning departments, statutory undertakes and other relevant authorities.\nExtensive experience with approval processes sewer connections and adoptions, and works in the public highway.
Including detailed knowledge of UK-specific s104, s106, s278 applications.\nDetailed knowledge of design codes, standards and regulations, including Eurocodes, British standards and building regulations.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage/Civil 3D.\n This is a fantastic opportunity that you do not want to miss out on!
