Client-side Commercial Manager - Data Centres

Archer is working with a hyperscale data centre provider with an impressive portfolio of global assets to recruit a Commercial Manager in London. This person will be joining an in-house team overseeing new build projects.

The role will primarily site-based in Canary Wharf, with some flexibility for remote working. Duties of the role will include:

• Leading tenders, procurement and contract administration
• Supplier and contractor negotiation
• Budgeting, forecasting and reporting throughout project lifecycle
• Managing risk, change orders and valuations
• Overseeing teams of external consultants

The ideal candidate will be from a QS consultancy background and have extensive experience in the delivery of data centre projects. They will ideally be MRICS qualified, and can be from an MEP or CSA background.
