Key Responsibilities\n
In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that address a variety of issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution, emotional distress, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
- Developing tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating therapeutic techniques based on evidence-based practices.
- Utilizing telemedicine platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that all interactions adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and share best practices with fellow clinicians.
