Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate the severity of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing validated assessment tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their unique needs, preferences, and goals are at the forefront.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote positive mental health outcomes.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, coping strategies, and available treatment options, empowering them on their journey to recovery.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained throughout the therapeutic process.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for each individual.
- Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies related to mood disorders, applying this knowledge to enrich therapeutic practices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
