About the Role:
We are seeking a Cloud and License Billing Specialist to oversee the accurate and timely billing of cloud services—including Microsoft 365—and to maintain up-to-date, accurate client contracts. This role ensures vendor billing is properly integrated into our systems and client agreements reflect current usage and pricing.

What You’ll Do:
•    Manage cloud and license billing processes with a focus on Microsoft 365 and other recurring services.
•    Maintain and monitor vendor billing integrations into Autotask, ensuring accurate data mapping and synchronization.
•    Ensure all client contracts in Autotask are consistently updated to reflect current licensing quantities, pricing, and services.
•    Reconcile licensing quantities, cost changes, and billing adjustments from various cloud vendors.
•    Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to ensure licensing updates are reflected accurately in both contracts and invoices.
•    Perform audits and reporting to identify discrepancies and improve billing accuracy.
•    Assist with onboarding new cloud services and vendor platforms into our billing ecosystem.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve billing- or contract-related issues with vendors or clients.

What You Bring
•    2+ years of experience in billing or operations at a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
•    Strong proficiency in Autotask PSA, including contract billing modules and integrations.
•    Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing structures and management.
•    Experience with vendor billing integrations (e.g., Pax8, D&H, Ingram Micro, or similar).
•    Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
•    Proactive mindset and strong communication skills—both internally and externally.

Bonus Points
•    Experience with QuickBooks
•    Familiarity with distributor portals and cloud marketplaces.
•    Understanding of recurring revenue billing models.
