CNC Machine Operator I, II, and III

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Northstar Building Systems, LLC. in Bonita Springs, FL. This is a great opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce quality products in a safe manner.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, the capability to think critically, and the motivation to work hard. Compensation:

$18 - $26 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a variety of machines, including CNC Machines, to produce products according to production specifications
  • Ability to read shop drawings
  • Ability to do simple math calculations, understand fractions, and perform tape measurements
  • Monitoring and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards
  • Troubleshooting production issues and making mechanical adjustments to restore machines to optimal operation
  • Completing routine preventative maintenance on the machines, including lubrication and cleaning
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment at all times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation of manufacturing machinery
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints
  • Ability to understand instructions and execute them
  • Knowledge of the principles of CNC operation
  • US Work Authorization
  • Detail-Oriented Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
  • This would be for 1st shift, but flexible to work overtime or change schedules if needed in the future
