What You'll Do:

• Manage daily jobsite activities for ground-up commercial builds
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Oversee safety, scheduling, quality, and closeout
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers from start to finish
• Maintain site logistics, punch list, and daily reporting
• Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety standards
• Lead from the front with professionalism and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial GC experience (Superintendent or Sr. Supt)
• Strong experience with base building / ground-up construction (Mission Critical/Data Center )
• Comfortable managing subcontractor scopes, field logistics, and tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy: familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
• OSHA 30 – safety-first mindset a must
• Excellent communication, site leadership, and client-facing skills
