Commercial Counsel - Digital Infrastructure

Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Counsel to support a fast-growing digital infrastructure business. In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the organisation to enable key commercial initiatives while managing legal risk in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, supplier/vendor terms, procurement contracts, construction/engineering agreements, and technology licensing.
  • Lead legal support for commercial transactions, strategic partnerships, and procurement initiatives.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business teams across the UK and Europe.
  • Advise on emerging regulatory requirements, including data, telecoms, and AI-related regulations impacting digital infrastructure and operational technology.
  • Support contract lifecycle improvements, template development, and negotiation playbooks.
  • Manage external counsel and assist with due diligence or corporate transactions as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years’ PQE in commercial, technology, infrastructure, or telecoms law.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
