Fuse Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial electrical projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to manage people, solve problems in the field, and keep a project moving safely and efficiently.

The right candidate is a strong electrical leader who can coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. You should be comfortable working directly with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, foremen, and other trades to ensure every phase of the electrical scope is completed correctly and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily electrical field operations from project start through completion
  • Direct foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and other field personnel
  • Plan manpower and assign crews based on project schedules and priorities
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents
  • Coordinate electrical work with project management, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Monitor production, quality, and jobsite progress to keep the project on schedule
  • Manage material, equipment, and tool needs while preventing delays and unnecessary costs
  • Lead daily safety meetings and ensure all work follows company, OSHA, NEC, and jobsite requirements
  • Identify field conflicts, communicate concerns early, and help develop practical solutions
  • Oversee inspections, testing, punch-list completion, and project closeout
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower records, progress updates, and project documentation
  • Mentor field leaders and help develop strong, accountable crews

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of commercial electrical experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading electrical crews as a Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Foreman
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, and the Electrical Code
  • Experience overseeing projects such as data centers, hospitals, schools, high-rises, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or other large commercial projects
  • Ability to read blueprints, one-lines, specifications, and electrical schedules
  • Strong understanding of underground, rough-in, conduit installation, wire pulls, distribution systems, switchgear, lighting, controls, and equipment terminations
  • Proven ability to manage manpower, schedules, materials, safety, and productivity
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead crews firmly, professionally, and respectfully
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Active electrical license or required based on project location
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between jobsites as needed
