Job Overview

Outsource is actively hiring Texas Licensed Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for long-term commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Our electricians work on data centers, hospitals, schools, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other large commercial projects. If you're looking for steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow your career, we'd love to speak with you.

Scope of work:

  • Install, bend, and secure EMT conduit
  • Install electrical raceways, boxes, supports, and hardware
  • Pull wire and assist with terminations
  • Install lighting, receptacles, switches, and electrical devices
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
  • Install branch circuits and electrical systems in commercial buildings
  • Work safely while following NEC and OSHA standards
  • Collaborate with foremen and other trades to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

  • Active Texas Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
  • Experience on commercial construction projects
  • Experience installing EMT conduit
  • Familiarity with commercial electrical installations
  • Ability to read blueprints is a plus
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
