About the
This provides hands-on exposure to commercial finance within a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. The will support the teams with analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while developing practical financial and business skills.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting for commercial operations, including revenue, margins, and cost structures.
- Analyze and develop real standardization of material mark-ups on multi-million-dollar projects
- Attend Customer Meetings, Commercial Negotiations & Discussions with Senior Management
- Support pricing and profitability analysis for products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to evaluate customer proposals and ensure financial compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Help develop financial models for new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing dashboards for commercial performance.
- Support ad hoc projects, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure all duties related to product compliance are followed in accordance with the Product
- Compliance Policy, relevant laws, regulations, and market requirements.
- Be responsible for completing tasks to achieve compliance goals and meet the demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System with a supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistleblower service.

What You’ll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (midway through education).
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in commercial finance and business performance.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas; Power BI exposure is a plus).
- Ability to work with data, draw insights, and present findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
