Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer\n\nLocation: Cambridge (North), Cambridgeshire\n\nSalary: £45,000 - £48,000\n\nBenefits: Call out 1 in 8, company van, fuel card, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension\n\nA market leading regional M&E Contractor is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their established maintenance and service team covering East Anglia and surrounding regions.\n\nThe company provides M&E services to a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Education, Defence, Life Sciences, Industrial, Healthcare, Leisure and Data Centres.\n\nAs a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe working manner, within programme and to the satisfaction of the client.\n\nThe Commercial Gas Engineer will have the following duties and responsibilities:\n\n * Service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas appliances and heating systems.\n\n * Fault finding and diagnostics.\n\n * Ensuring compliance with all current legislation and safety standards.\n\n * Producing detailed job reports and ensuring accurate documentation.\n\n * Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service.\n\nSuccessful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:\n\n * ACS Commercial Gas qualifications.\n\n * Gas Safe registered.\n\n * Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of heating systems and controls.\n\n * Experience working in live commercial environments (schools, hospitals, offices).\n\n * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.\n\n * Good communication and customer-facing skills.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\nPlease contact Adam Brown on (phone number removed) / (phone number removed) for more information about this role or if you are interested in a new Electrician opportunity within the Building Services sector.
