Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Pay Range: $45–$60 per hour + Performance Bonuses | $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40+ Hours Per Week | Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, split systems, and zone controls
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently and as part of a team
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal 608 Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Eligibility to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- HVAC Technical School certificate
- NATE Certification
- Experience working with A2L refrigerants
