HIRING: COMMERCIAL LEAD (REGIONAL ROLE) – FRANKFURT

I’m representing a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt. They are seeking a Commercial Lead to manage valuations, payments, contracts, and reporting — with the opportunity to step up into a regional role within 12 months.

The Role

As Commercial Lead, you will:

• Prepare and manage monthly valuations, payments, and final accounts.
• Oversee contract management, subcontractor relationships, and procurement processes.
• Deliver accurate reporting and ensure strong financial governance across the project.
• Coach and mentor junior surveyors within the commercial team.
• Play a key role in the commercial leadership team, with clear progression into a regional role within 12 months.

✅ Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in construction/civil engineering, preferably with a Tier 1 main contractor.
• Proven experience in valuations, final accounts, and subcontractor management.
• Background in hi-tech / mission critical / data centre projects strongly .
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Chartered (MRICS or equivalent) but not essential.
• EU or UK working rights required.
