About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support a major Data Centre project in Slough. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing commercial, contractual, and cost-management aspects across all phases of the project, working within a self-delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead commercial strategy and delivery for a large-scale Data Centre project.

* Manage budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control.

* Oversee subcontract procurement and contract administration.

* Support pre-construction activities including feasibility assessments and early-stage commercial planning.

* Ensure commercial compliance across civil, substation, and power cabling works.

* Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective delivery and commercial governance.

* Provide leadership, guidance, and commercial insight to internal stakeholders.

Experience & Requirements

✔ Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on Data Centre or similarly complex infrastructure projects.
✔ Strong background in Civil, Substation, and Power Cabling works.
✔ Demonstrated Pre-Construction and Feasibility experience.
✔ Understanding of self-delivery models and direct-delivery project structures.
✔ Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
