Commercial Manager – Leading UK Construction Firm

Kent-based | Hybrid | Outside IR35 | £500

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in groundworks and subcontractor management? We’re partnering with a leading UK construction group delivering major infrastructure and commercial projects across the South East and London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team and take ownership of 5–6 live projects, including locations such as:

• Essex
• Suffolk Coast
• North West London
• Kent
• East London
• Watford

across education, highways, data centres, and specialist facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in groundworks and civil engineering
• Extensive working experiene with a subcontractor type of organisation– this is key to success in the role
• Ability to lead multiple projects and support the team hands-on when needed
• Based within 90 minutes of Kent for site and office visits
