Commercial Manager (Data Centre Projects, Norway & Austria) \nLocation: London, UK \nAbout the Role:\n We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing team supporting high-value data centre projects across Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on ensuring commercial and contractual compliance across multiple international projects. \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReview and analyse incoming contracts in collaboration with the internal legal team.\n\nWork closely with overseas commercial leads to ensure all contracts and project arrangements comply with legal and company standards.\n\nProvide commercial guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, risk, and compliance.\n\nSupport negotiation of contractual terms where necessary.\n\nMaintain clear records of contractual decisions and actions across all projects.\nRequirements:\n\nStrong commercial and contract management experience, ideally with a background in legal aspects of contracts.\n\nProven experience in managing or supporting international projects, preferably within the data centre or construction sectors.\n\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract documents.\n\nStrong communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and international stakeholders.\n\nBased in London and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones as required.\nDesirable:\n\nExperience with European contracts and legal frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity with data centre construction projects
