Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and financial performance of a major Data Centre project in the UK. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide strategic guidance, ensure contractual compliance, and drive value while protecting project integrity and client interests

What You’ll D

• o:Act as commercial interface between clients, project teams, and subcontractor
• s.Implement project-specific commercial strategies for a complex data centre buil
• d.Maintain full visibility of financial position, change control, and risk exposur
• e.Own cost planning: prepare budgets, forecasts, and advise on design change
• s.Oversee procurement: define strategy, manage tendering, and approve contract
• s.Manage contracts: control changes, produce cost reports, and support dispute resolutio
• n.Mentor junior commercial staff and promote commercial awareness across team
