48 Electric is a commercial and industrial electrical contractor specializing in data centers, mission-critical facilities, and high-end service work. We are not a typical general construction jobsite. We operate with professionalism, planning, and purpose.

Who This Role Is For

• Journeyman electricians with 4–10+ years of commercial or industrial experience
• Electricians who care about clean installs, code compliance, and safety
• Those interested in long-term growth (Lead, Foreman, and more)
• Professionals who want consistency—not chaos

Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Data center electrical installations and upgrades
• Mission-critical service and maintenance work
• Commercial electrical systems throughout the Valley
• Planned, organized work with clear expectations

What You Bring

• Strong NEC knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret prints and schematics
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Your own hand and battery tools
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Start times between 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM
• Occasional Saturdays
