About the Role:

Join our clients team as a Data Centre Cooling Commissioning Engineer. Be at the forefront of ensuring top-tier HVAC and cooling systems in cutting-edge data centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commissioning & Testing:

- Conduct HVAC system commissioning for CRAC units, chillers, and more.

- Perform functional tests to ensure systems meet specifications.

- Execute load and performance testing for efficiency.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

- Develop and implement commissioning plans and safety protocols.

- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

- Identify and resolve system issues during commissioning.

- Collaborate with installation teams to address discrepancies.

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare comprehensive commissioning reports.

- Maintain detailed records of system performance and tests.

- Collaboration:

- Work with project managers, design teams, and contractors.

- Coordinate with engineers to integrate systems effectively.

- System Optimization:

- Recommend improvements based on commissioning results.

- Assist in system fine-tuning for energy efficiency.

- Post-Commissioning Support:

- Provide training and support to operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree or Degree Equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVACR Engineering.

- 3-5 years of commissioning experience, preferably in data centres.

- Strong understanding of HVAC and cooling systems.

- Familiarity with BMS and relevant standards (ASHRAE, ISO).

- Excellent communication and teamwork.

- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Additional Information:

- Travel may be required for project locations.
