Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 base + bonus & benefits

The Opportunity

\n

\n

We are looking to speak with experienced Commissioning Engineers interested in current and upcoming mission-critical and data center projects across the US.

\n

This opportunity is suited to an engineer with experience testing, commissioning and validating critical electrical and/or mechanical infrastructure within technically demanding environments.

\n

You will work closely with commissioning teams, contractors, engineering teams and client representatives to ensure critical systems are tested and operating correctly before facility handover.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

    \n
  • Support commissioning activities across large-scale data center projects

    • \n

  • Perform and witness functional performance testing

    • \n

  • Support Level 1–5 commissioning activities

    • \n

  • Review commissioning documentation, test procedures and technical drawings

    • \n

  • Assist with electrical and/or mechanical system start-up and testing

    • \n

  • Identify, document and track commissioning issues

    • \n

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams

    • \n

  • Support integrated systems testing

    • \n

  • Verify equipment and systems meet project specifications

    • \n

  • Produce commissioning reports and documentation

    • \n

  • Participate in client and project commissioning meetings

    • \n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

    \n
  • Experience in commissioning, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or mission-critical environments

    • \n

  • Data center commissioning experience is highly desirable

    • \n

  • Understanding of electrical and/or mechanical critical infrastructure

    • \n

  • Experience with functional testing and commissioning documentation

    • \n

  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and sequences of operation

    • \n

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

    • \n

  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to projects where required

    • \n

Compensation

\n

\n

$120,000 – $155,000 base salary

\n

\n

Depending on experience, packages may also include:

Candidates with extensive hyperscale data center commissioning experience may command higher compensation.
