Seeking multiple commissioning and project engineers with a strong background in data center construction and expansion projects
We have many projects located across the united states and we are seeking great candidates for these projects. Applicants must be willing to travel to project locations if not local. Transportation as well as per diem will be included if not local
Commissioning Engineer tests and validates a facility's power, cooling, and control systems to ensure they operate reliably before going live. They bridge the gap between design and physical construction, overseeing complex operations to prevent catastrophic downtime
Develop and execute detailed test scripts (L1 to L5 levels) for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and control systems.
Lead integrated system testing (IST), functional performance testing (FPT), and factory witness testing (FWT) to simulate real-world failure scenarios.
Review electrical schematics, mechanical P&IDs, and vendor submittals to align with the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) and data center tier standards.
Identify technical discrepancies, manage punch lists, track issues, and collaborate with contractors to implement solutions without disrupting project schedules.
Oversee the smooth handover of systems to the facility operations team, ensuring complete documentation.
Deep understanding of mission-critical infrastructure such as generators, Uninterruptable Power Sources (UPS), chillers, cooling towers, and switchgear.
