  • Proven experience commissioning data centers or mission-critical facilities — required
  • Strong understanding of power distribution, redundancy, and reliability requirements in data center environments.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning tools such as power meters, infrared thermography, and breaker test sets.
  • Experience with commissioning processes, including Level 1-5 commissioning (Cx) per ASHRAE guidelines.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and other electrical design and analysis software is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site full-time in Fargo, ND.

    Why This Role

You are not writing scripts from a desk. You are the person who makes L4/L5 happen on a live site — the one who finds the gap three weeks before it becomes a missed turnover date and closes it. If you have spent your career watching commissioning get squeezed at the end of a job and wanted the authority to fix it, this is that seat.
