Commissioning Manager

Alternative: Contractors considered up to £400 per day

The successful candidate will initially support a project in Gosport, attending site a couple of days per week until the end of the year. Following this, you'll move across upcoming projects in locations including Slough, Heathrow and Central London, with travel costs covered.

This is ideally a permanent appointment offering up to £90,000 per annum, although experienced freelance professionals will also be considered.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for commissioning activities across complex mechanical and electrical installations, helping ensure systems are tested, coordinated and delivered in line with project requirements.

The position can suit someone with either a mechanical or electrical bias, provided you have the technical knowledge and experience to confidently oversee both disciplines.

Projects span a range of technically demanding environments, with data centre and commercial office experience particularly valuable.

What We're Looking For

Strong Building Services commissioning experience
Mechanical or electrical background with knowledge both disciplines
Experience managing commissioning activities on complex projects
Data centre and/or commercial office experience
Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and project teams
Willingness to travel between project locations when required
Valid CSCS card

What's on Offer

The permanent position offers a salary of £80,000-£90,000 per annum, alongside paid travel between required project locations
