Commissioning Planner \nLocation: Europe - Remote with occasional travel\n \n We're looking for an experience Commissioning Planner to support the delivery of hyperscale data centres across Europe. \n This is a key role within large-scale hyperscale and colocation developments, where you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all commissioning activities through to successful system handover. You will work closely with project management, commissioning teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure commissioning programmes are fully integrated, accurately tracked, and delivered on schedule. \n If you're a Commissioning Planner, we'd love to hear from you! \n \n The role of a Commissioning Planner - \n\nDevelop and maintain detailed commissioning schedules across all project phases\nIntegrate commissioning activities into the master project programme (Primavera P6)\nCoordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, and BMS commissioning sequences\nDefine commissioning milestones, system boundaries, and turnover strategies\nTrack critical path activities and overall commissioning progress\nProduce look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reporting\nLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams across EuropeWhat we're looking for from a Commissioning Planner - \n5+ years’ experience in planning, commissioning planning, or project controls\nStrong background in data centres, mission-critical, pharma, industrial, or complex MEP projects\nSolid understanding of commissioning processes and system turnover methodology\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and large-scale project schedulingExperience of a Commissioning Planner - \nHyperscale data centre, or large-scale construction experience\nExperience with completions management systems (CMS) or digital handover tools\nFamiliarity with Lean Construction or Last Planner System\nProfessional certification (AACE, PMI-SP, or equivalent)If you are an experienced Commissioning Planner looking to work on cutting-edge data centre projects across Europe, we would love to hear from you
