Now Hiring: Concrete Superintendent (Commercial Projects)

We’re a growing concrete contractor doing over $12M annually and specializing in foundations, flatwork, structural concrete, sawing, cutting, coring, and commercial/K-12 projects. We’re looking for a field-proven Concrete Superintendent who can run jobs, lead crews, and deliver high-quality work safely and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily field operations on concrete projects ($100K–$3M typical range)

• Manage crews, production, equipment, and materials

• Read plans and coordinate layout, forming, pours, and finishing

• Keep projects on schedule and on spec

• Enforce safety standards and jobsite organization

• Communicate daily with Project Manager and leadership

• Track production, quantities, and field performance

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years concrete construction experience

• 2+ years leadership (Foreman or Superintendent level)

• Strong knowledge of foundations, slabs, and structural concrete

• Ability to read plans and solve field problems fast

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
