Foresight Events is building the platforms shaping the future of energy, infrastructure and industrial transformation.

We are looking for a Conference Producer to help develop and deliver three high-impact, content-led events at the forefront of the UK and international energy transition:

  • The Foresight Event – our flagship UK energy modernisation forum
  • Data Centre Energy Summit – focused on powering AI, digital infrastructure and next- energy supply
  • NextGen Nuclear Summit – advancing SMR deployment, nuclear investment and clean baseload power

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, ambitious and fast-growing team where you will play a central role in shaping the agenda, speaker line-up and strategic direction of industry-defining conferences.

The Role:

As Conference Producer, you will:

  • Research and define cutting-edge conference agendas
  • Identify and secure senior industry speakers (CEO, investor, policymaker level)
  • Build relationships across energy, nuclear, data centres, AI, government and finance
  • Shape content strategy across multiple verticals
  • Work closely with commercial, marketing and partnerships teams
  • Contribute to long-term event growth and positioning

You will work across all three events — each with a different market dynamic, stakeholder mix and content focus — offering variety and strategic exposure.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in conference production or B2B events
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a scaling business
  • Interest in energy transition, nuclear, AI, infrastructure or industrial decarbonisation
