Job Description:Join a growing industry leader in power management solutions as a Configurator, working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing and setting up coil components according to detailed specifications. Duties include machine setup, material preparation, coil winding support, forming and bending components, and ensuring finished products meet strict quality standards. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with production equipment and blueprints.Responsibilities:

  • Interpret written specifications, blueprints, and work orders to prepare materials and components
  • Set up and adjust machines and tools such as cutters, benders, winders, presses, and forms
  • Prepare materials for coil winding, including measuring, cutting, and verifying proper wire types and sizes
  • Bend, form, and configure components to required dimensions and specifications
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Accurately document production work per company procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
