What you’ll do…
- Deliver end-to-end cost control services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters and with maximum value.
- Project Team Collaboration: Support Project Managers by owning all cost-related processes for both Prime and Subcontractor scopes. Serve as the central point for financial coordination, allowing PMs to focus on schedule, quality, and delivery.
- Tool Optimization & Process Efficiency: Analyze current tool usage (particularly Procore) and identify opportunities for data streamlining and process improvement. Recommend and implement additional systems/tools as needed to support client objectives.
- Cross-Phase Coordination: Facilitate smooth hand-offs between Preconstruction, Construction, and Operations teams regarding cost-related matters. Attend key Preconstruction meetings to ensure knowledge continuity across project phases.

You should have...
- Proven track record in managing costs for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects.
- 5+ years of data center construction scheduling and/or project management expertise.
- Deep understanding of cost drivers in data center development, including MEP-intensive systems, high-capacity electrical infrastructure, cooling technologies, and IT/telecom integration.
- Current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and supply chain risks in key markets.
- Experience aligning cost management with scheduling, procurement, and risk management processes.
- Strong communication and reporting skills to deliver actionable insights to developers, owners, and construction teams.
- Experience in contract support including negotiation, change order (CO) review and analysis, monthly invoicing, client billing, and change management in large, multi-stakeholder projects.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of data center or mission critical experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, phased scheduling strategies in high-performance projects.
